Dryland Tuesday - Oct 13

Hello Team Afton,

Tomorrow's dryland training will be held at Bielenberg Sports Center in Woodbury instead of our usual location at East Ridge High School.  We will start promptly at 6:00 and finish at 7:30.  Bring your exercise balls, running shoes, roller blades (if you have them) and helmets.
